SAP S/4HANA Finance Stream Lead

Do you have the experience and vision to drive finance system excellence for Carlsberg's SAP S/4 HANA journey? Integrated IT (IIT) is a diverse family of business and technology people in a fun and fast-paced company. We are looking for a Finance Stream Lead to help our SAP S/4 HANA project in Western Europe succeed.

What you’ll be doing

Carlsberg's Western Europe region operates on SAP ECC and we are planning the projects that underpin our multi-year business strategy, Sail '27.

As a Finance Stream Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping future-proof finance solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA program. You will lead the design and implementation of the finance stream and as such, lead the respective internal and external finance team within the program. You will refer to the Head of SAP Program in the programme organisation.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Stream Management
  • Plan, execute, and finalize finance-related S/4HANA activities within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Develop stream plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation through teams and track leads
  • Coordinate and lead finance project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with finance business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with business goals
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate in an international and hybrid environment with different stakeholders, colleagues, and externals

• Quality Assurance & Risk Management
  • Ensure that finance project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure effective and future-proof finance processes as being built
  • Identify and manage finance stream risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

• Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive stream documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced SAP leader with a strong technical and functional background within finance, who possesses:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or stream leadership within SAP Finance (FI/CO).
• At least 10 years of experience as an SAP Finance Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of finance end-to-end processes and data.
• Experience from ERP system transformations, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience with working in high-paced, international environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders, galvanize teams, and ensure effective project execution.
• A deep passion for bringing business processes and technology together and for designing forward-thinking, sustainable solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• Preferably business experience within the industry.
