The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) in Switzerland integrates a number of central functions in the Carlsberg Group: Procurement, Production, Logistics and Planning. ISC manages the brewery network, handles the global procurement processes, sets the global standards for brewing technology, ensures end-to-end planning and aims to deliver world-class logistics and customer service.

Senior Manager Travel & Fleet, Group Procurement

The position is focused on Travel Services and Fleet with the purpose to
- Deploy Carlsberg’s global Procurement strategy and Sourcing Process within Travel & Fleet areas to ensure that Carlsberg’s money is spent professionally with compliance
- Align business requirements with stakeholders across the Carlsberg Group
- Lead and contribute to sourcing projects including (re)negotiations and contracting
- Maximize value and limit the risk of proposed solutions
The position will be based in Ziegelbrücke (greater area Zurich), Switzerland or Copenhagen, Denmark. The required skills & competencies to succeed in this role are:

Professional qualifications
- Experience in Travel and Fleet category
- A people-oriented team player with the ability to lead a change agenda in a global matrix organization
- High degree of business acumen – Operates on the crossroads of business and cost management with the ability to identify procurement opportunities
- Constructive and inclusive approach – collaborates and aligns stakeholders across functions, is committed and takes ownership of challenges, and drives progress towards clear targets
- Representative towards external suppliers and skills to negotiate compliant, transparent and flexible solutions
Experience/ Education
- Working experience in a multinational environment for 5+ years with Travel & Fleet services
- International working experience is preferred
- Academic credentials in Management- or Business Administration
Language:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Other language skills will be considered as a plus

- Sourcing of new/changing service requirements
- Lead contract (re)negotiations
Stakeholder management
- Working closely together with the business, responsible for understanding global needs across various functions such as Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance, and match the identified needs with the best suppliers in terms of capabilities, service delivery and cost
- In collaboration with the business and supported by technical architects, legal representatives and Carlsberg’s management, lead sourcing initiatives from internal alignment to supplier engagement, negotiations and contract signature.
- Be a well-recognized business partner. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs as related to how procurement’s services are delivered; define key projects and initiatives to address performance gaps and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
- Responsible for aligning and working together with the shared service organisation.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Several years of experience in a global business environment with significant accomplishments in sourcing / procurement / contracting.
- Support implementation of catalogues together with Global Category managers as well as Region/Local Procurement organization
Operational Execution
- Supervise procurement systems for sourcing, documentation management and impact tracking
Reporting
- Keep a regular reporting secured according to business rules
Stakeholders & Relations: All decisions and overall work plan will be agreed in close cooperation with stakeholders. Close alignment with internal stakeholders will be expected
Internal : Group functions, Regions, Local markets
External : Travel and Travel Security Suppliers, Fleet suppliers, Consortia partners
