Senior Manager, IT Change and Communications Management

Are you passionate about driving innovation and transformation in the IT landscape? Carlsberg’s Central Office is looking for a dynamic IT Change Manager to lead and manage our change initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

As the Senior Manager of Change Management for Digital Transformation at Carlsberg, you will play a pivotal role in leading the organization through change management initiatives for digital transformation and you will be responsible for ensuring that growth culture principles are deeply embedded in all transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the IT leadership team and both internal and external partners to drive the change agenda for digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage change management initiatives related to Carlsberg's digital transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align digital transformation strategies with business objectives and growth culture principles.
• Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, training, and support strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Engage with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and address any concerns related to digital transformation.
• Work with external partners, including consultants and vendors, to ensure smooth implementation of digital solutions.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization by leading the Digital Technology Academy to upskill IT employees and offer learning opportunities to stakeholders.
• Embed Growth Culture Principles to improve digital transformation by cultivating a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and adaptability.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, we imagine that you possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in change management, particularly in the context of digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Experience working with IT leadership and managing relationships with external partners.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in managing ambiguity and complexity.
• Ability to adapt at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
