We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect. You will be responsible for transforming Carlsberg integration platform to a cloud architecture as well as ensuring a stable platform of the current landscape.

What you’ll be doing
Your tasks will mainly consist of:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP infrastructure projects (implementations, upgrades, migrations).
- Owning the end-to-end technical delivery of SAP migration projects (on-prem to cloud, ECC to S/4HANA, platform modernization).
- Creating and managing detailed migration plans, timelines, and cutover strategies.
- Coordinating across SAP BASIS, infrastructure, application, and integration teams.
- Ensuring alignment with business continuity, security, and compliance requirements.
- Ensuring code remediations as per the new S4 design.
- Leading Data migration team
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Working closely with vendors, cloud service providers (Azure), and SAP partners.
- Overseeing system validation, performance testing, and post-migration support.
- Ensuring documentation, governance, and lessons learned are captured and shared
What we’re looking for
Your skills and profile would preferable include:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent with good understanding of Project management.
- More than 15 years of experience with 7+ years in SAP technical delivery, including at least 3 years focused on SAP migrations.
- Solid knowledge of
- SAP S/4HANA migrations
- Cloud platforms (SAP on Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- SAP BASIS and HANA architecture
- Experience with SAP migration tools.
- Familiarity with cutover planning, downtime minimization, and performance tuning.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Project management skills with knowledge of Agile, PMP, or ITIL frameworks.

About Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT)
Carlsberg IIT is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions and markets in the Carlsberg Group. This includes business process design, system solutions, shared services and system operations. IIT employs approx. 600 people. A tight collaboration with the local markets is established in all three regions; Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia. Carlsberg IIT is situated in Valby, Copenhagen. Carlsberg IIT is overall responsible for the provision of IT and data services across all Carlsberg functions and markets, the words ‘Technology’ and ‘Information’ are given.
