Role & team overview

CS Team currently consists of 10 qualified specialists based in Poznan. Together we provide procurement services for the WE countries.

Our main goal is to support procurement and ensure we comply with legal rules, policies, and regulations. Our multidisciplinary scope of responsibilities, combined with complex and exciting projects, enables our team members to grow and develop professionally and personally.

What you’ll be doing

• Administrating data in the SAP ARIBA system
• Supporting the creation of Contracting Documents
• Preparing data for internal reports
• Operating e-mail and answering to stakeholders
• Administrating data in the Sievo tool

We are looking for colleagues who:

• Have a degree in Economics/Legal or currently studying
• Enjoy the international environment
• Have proficiency in MS Office
• Speak English communicatively
• Have a teamwork approach
• Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
• Have logic and analytical skills
