Role overview
Are you skilled in numbers and interested in a career in the brewing industry? We’re looking for a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our team and take charge of cost management across multiple projects within our larger ERP programme Elevate.
In this role, you’ll be engaged in conducting cost control initiatives, building robust reporting systems for forecasting and estimating, managing payments, and overseeing the approval flows for project extensions. With 1-3 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of cost controlling, and solid organizational skills, you’ll take on an important position in ensuring our project’s financial success.

What you’ll be doing
- Primary Focus: Cost controlling and estimations for costings of the company's expenditures.
- Responsibilities:
- Managing cost allocations and consumption.
- Handling milestone billing and cash flow management.
- Overseeing the approval process and extensions of Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Supporting business side cost tasks.
What we’re looking for
- Good structure and organizational skills.
- Solid analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge about cost controlling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years (or more) of relevant experience in cost controlling or financial analysis.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues.
- Good understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. SAP).
