FP&A HQ INTERN, POZNAŃ

 

Role & team overview

 

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams supporting Central Functions, primarily:

 

  • The Financial Controlling team comprises 7 specialists who ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor balance sheet accounts, and support audits. We collaborate closely with local business units (mainly the Head Office in Denmark) and work with international tools like SAP and HFM to ensure the company’s financial stability.
  • IIT Controlling Team (6 people) supports the Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT) entity in processes related to planning, allocating, reporting, and monitoring costs. Our main tasks include preparing budgets, estimates, and true-up plans, as well as calculating IC charges and month-closing activities.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Monitoring overdue receivables on an ongoing basis
  • Contacting customers/local entities to clarify payment delays
  • Identifying receivables for write-offs and coordinating approval with the business unit
  • Post-write-offs in the accounting system (SAP)
  • Providing ad-hoc support Collecting licenses/app user lists
  • Verifying and mapping licenses/app users
  • Gathering contracts/SOWs
  • Extracting cost allocation details & prices from contracts/SOWs
  • Updating Allocation Key file for IC IIT Charges
  • Preparing Charge-out simulations in case of Allocation Key change
  • Updating the list of IIT Internal Orders
  • Issuing ad hoc Intercompany invoices
  • Reviewing Intercompany agreements
  • Preparing MEC reports for project managers (OnePlan, Smartcore, Elevate)
  • HFM reconciliations vs SAP 

 

We are looking for colleagues who:
