Role & team overview

 

The internship in Procurement Controlling provides an opportunity to gain experience in supply chain and understand processes both from business and system perspective. It is a great opportunity to start your career where the whole finance process begins and effectively contribute to management decision-making processes.

 

We are a team of finance specialists supporting the Western Europe Procurement Department. Our main focus lies within Packaging and Raw materials used for production together with globally purchased POS (Point of Sales) materials and 3PP (Third Party Products). The main area of responsibility of the team is month-end closing and reporting activities, various analyses, and budgeting and planning processes.

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Preparing various reports and consolidating data using a variety of tools like: SAP, SharePoint, Power BI & Excel
  • Supporting with analysis of large data sets to detect inaccuracies and errors and ensure transparent and correct financial results
  • Participating in MEC (Month End Closing) and Budgeting processes
  • Working daily with experienced professionals from the Procurement and Finance world

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

  • Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
  • Have good analytical skills and like working with numbers
  • Have solid organizational skills and accuracy
