FP&A SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN, POZNAŃ

 

Role & team overview

CoE Supply chain, currently consisting of 25 FP&A analysts, has been assembled to provide support in product costing & reporting processes as a centralized competence center for ISC and Local Supply Chain Companies in the Western Europe region. The main responsibilities of the team are executing product costing, month-end closing processes, financial planning & reporting, and supporting local and central Finance Team in business-relevant analysis.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Participating in the product costing process of our portfolio and new product development
  • Getting familiarized with month-end closing through cost allocations, ABC, calculation, Capex tasks, analysis of production variances, reporting
  • Supporting budget and estimating activities from the end-to-end perspective (in collaboration with procurement, planning, master data, supply chain, and commercial entities)
  • Taking part in global projects
  • Working on improvements of processes with the team
  • Learning business communication both verbal and written with different stakeholders
  • Using a variety of tools like: SAP, BI, Power BI, Sievo, IPM, DSP, NPD calculator, SharePoint, Excel
  • Cooperating with countries like France, Denmark, UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Switzerland, Poland

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

 

  • Enjoy the international environment

  • Speak English communicatively
  • Have a teamwork approach
  • Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
  • Have good organizational skills and accuracy
