GROUP QUALITY INTERN, POZNAŃ
Role overview
ISC Group Quality, based in Ziegelbrücke and Poznań, is currently looking for an intern to support the global team in managing master data for the Safe Food 360 database for supplier quality management, publishing documentation in various systems, assisting in the creation of interesting presentations and reports and other administrative tasks. As the team has recently been involved in several big projects, we’re looking for a candidate interested in supporting us with the current scope of activities.
What you’ll be doing
- Contacting supplier representatives to request completion of the system's assessments
- Supporting supplier representatives in case of problems with login to the system or submitting the required information
- Reminding supplier representatives about incomplete/delayed tasks till it is finally completed
- Maintaining Food Safety 360 system master data by adding new suppliers & new Carlsberg employees as system users, creating system reports about the activities status
- Assisting in adding new documents to the system and updating the existing ones, editing news on SharePoint & Intranet
- Organizing text within documents in line with a common structure
- Inserting hyperlinks into new and existing statements and documents to facilitate navigation between documents
- Supporting the local quality teams with questions about global systems and contracts
- Assisting in other administrative tasks that may be necessary, e.g. PO creation and invoice verification, preparing cost overviews
- Assisting in preparing reports & presentations
- Supporting the team in different topics related to quality data & information and various ongoing projects and tasks
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a colleagues who:
- Have fluent English (spoken and written)
- Feel comfortable in the international environment and are team players
- Have a proficiency in MS Office
- Are available for approx. 20 hrs per week
- Have a logical & structured approach with attention to detail
- Have good quantitative and analytical skills
