Role overview
HR Services team of 25 experts focused on implementing and enhancing the HR system across the Carlsberg Group. We support local markets in maximizing system functionality, promoting self-service capabilities, and providing HR Operations support for the Carlsberg Central Office. Our main goal is to develop an HR system for Carlsberg employees worldwide.
As an intern, you will become a crucial member of the HR Operations Team, gaining experience in a wide variety of HR and payroll processes.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the employee life cycle
- Organizing and maintaining HR documents and files, ensuring confidentiality and data security
- Ensuring data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools through regular checks, updates, and data entry for HR Operations processes such as hiring, changes, time management, and employee updates
- Assisting with report preparation and collaborating with senior team members on updates, process changes, and innovation initiatives
- Handling employee's queries
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Have strong organizational skills, and accuracy
- Enjoy working in an international environment
- Have proficiency in MS Office
- Find dynamic situations inspirational and motivational
- Have a teamwork approach
- Speak English at a communicative level (B2)
- Are pursuing or have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or have an interest in these areas
- Are available for at least 30 hours per week
