INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION BUSINESS ANALYST, POZNAŃ
Role overview
The Intelligent Automation Business Analyst will support value identification and pipeline build for Intelligent Automation through interaction with the business, and ensure that all automations are aligned to our functional and company strategy.
The Intelligent Automation Business Analyst will be responsible for promoting Intelligent Automation from an awareness and engagement perspective across the business, whilst supporting the business to embed the automation into the operational environment in order to unlock the value
What you’ll be doing
The Intelligent Automation Business Analyst will collaborate with all relevant functions and markets within Carlsberg together with the Carlsberg Shared Services Operations team and Functional Tower Leads and will:
- Promote automation capabilities and business value to stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to identify/assess automation opportunities.
- Support the development of the to-be processes, including re-engineering and optimization of existing processes if required.
- Understand business needs and translate them into automation requirements for Automation developers.
- Create business cases for improvement initiatives, including coordinating the Intelligence automation effort forecast.
- Lead and support process assessment, design documentation, and user/testing requirements
- Lead and support the implementation of new ways of working and needed business changes to realize value.
- Create and update automation documentation
- Support the testing of the developed automation
- Maintenance of automation portfolio
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience working with virtual and dispersed teams
- Experience with Intelligent Automation tools an asset
- Process Improvement experience typically from exposure to lean techniques
- Experience with Agile tools and technologies an asset
- Ability to communicate the business value, drive BC sign-off, and facilitate value realization.
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively alone and within teams with a “hands-on” approach
