JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (PL TEAM), POZNAN
Role overview
We are currently looking for a qualified Junior Financial Controller to support our financial operations within the reporting & compliance area with expertise and skills.
The Financial Accounting and Controlling Team is committed to securing the accuracy, completeness & transparency of financial statements reported for Supply Chain and Commercial entities from Western Europe within established timelines. We are cooperating with various stakeholders taking into account finance & business processes impacting financial data, often deploying an end-to-end perspective.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting in assuring correct transactional data in SAP (check data, identify problems, conduct process improvement to overcome root causes);
- conducting financial reporting to the Group;
- conducting local financial reporting by Polish regulations;
- participating in the financial month-end closing process;
- playing active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, new technology rollouts, and process design activities;
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who…
- has 2+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting area preferably in shared services/business process outsourcing;
- has proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish;
- has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment;
- shows effective communication skills and a service-oriented approach;
- navigates easily in Office365 environment and has an advanced practical experience of MS Excel;
- has previously worked with SAP, BI, and HFM (will be an asset);
- has good analytical skills
