PURCHASING SUPPORT INTERN, POZNAŃ

 

Role & team overview

 

Purchasing Support team is a group of 10 coordinators who daily are responsible for supporting the business (9 Western Europe markets) with purchasing processes for Indirect categories. The team provides 1st level of user support in the SAP Ariba procurement tool, assisting the users in PR to PO conversion through the right buying channel, ensuring adherence to the SLA, supporting global policies execution (e.g. Procurement, No PO No Pay), prepares training materials and conducts the end-user trainings.

 

During the internship, you will become an important part of our team. You will have a chance to learn about purchasing processes, get to know the broadly used Procurement system (SAP Ariba), and provide ongoing support for our internal team but also for market stakeholders.

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Validating Purchase Requisitions in SAP Ariba for Western European markets
  • Providing support for Purchasing Support team tasks
  • Providing system support for local organizations
  • Providing support to the Vendor Management team in the creation and maintenance of vendor accounts

 

We are looking for colleagues who:
