Role & team overview

Our team manages and creates sales orders. We perform various processes related to supporting our customers, such as creating and settling up rebates, allocating sales volume, creating reports with the help of robotics, etc. Our vision is to create an effective collaborating team of professionals with analytic skills that will work on process reshaping and automation to support markets and functions in making a change. The team consists of members with many different backgrounds and skills and we look forward to growing. This is a great opportunity for new joiners to explore commercial back-office operations and work in an international and flexible environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating customer master data
• Allocating sales volume
• Creating and settling rebate agreements
• Placing and maintaining sales orders
• Preparing sales reports
• Updating the allocation of restaurant equipment

We are looking for colleagues who:

• Enjoy the international environment
• Have proficiency in MS Office
• Speak English communicatively
• Have a teamwork approach
• Are available for at least 20 hrs. per week
• Are action-driven and problem-solvers
• Have great communication skills
• Are willing to develop in the area of sales support
