Role overview
The Central Contract Coordination Team is all about performing operational procurement activities. This team, currently made of 10 experts, supports and coordinates purchase contracts and materials maintenance for 16 markets belonging to Carlsberg Group. This role will be dedicated to the Elevate project by cleansing data and being accountable to ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of the Purchase Contracts data within the SAP system.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies in the ERP SAP platform, mainly related to Outline Agreements
- Guaranteeing that data is consistent across the system inside the relevant scope of CCC
- Cleaning and enriching data: owning, coordinating and performing cleansing activities like removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing data formats
- Ensuring clean and accurate data is ready for migration to SAP systems during implementation or upgrades.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and standards
- Cooperating with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to identify data-related issues
- Supporting the Central Contract Coordination team in providing necessary data for purchasing contracts maintenance and master data creation
- Dealing with price discrepancies on the supplier’s invoices
- Supporting Global Category Managers for providing accurate data necessary for maintaining the system
We are looking for a person who:
- has a University degree;
- has a very good level of written and spoken English (B2 or C1);
- has advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- has experience in SAP ERP and other IT systems (SKP, CORA);
- has min. 4 years of experience in the operational procurement area;
- has knowledge of purchasing processes with a focus on S2P;
- shows comprehensive understanding of SAP modules, data management principles, and system architecture;
- has worked and enjoys working in a diverse and international environment;
- shows natural communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
- shows good analytical skills, can think critically, and shows an assertive attitude;
- is inquisitive and diligent, and can read between the lines.
