What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading sourcing projects and tenders for indirect procurement categories.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Managing supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and cost savings.
- Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Preparing detailed procurement reports, including savings tracking and supplier evaluations.
- Collaborating with local and regional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Driving process improvements and contributing to procurement best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Has 3+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect purchasing.
- Is fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
- Has strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Is proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba is an advantage.
- Enjoys working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Shows a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership in their work.
