Role overview

We are currently looking for a new highly skilled and motivated member of the Carlsberg team, who is in a newly established position as Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a great opportunity to contribute to developing the Talent Acquisition area in our Central Office in Copenhagen. The role is based in Poznań, Poland.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be recruiting globally for the group functions in Denmark. Additionally, you will support local employer branding activities.
What you’ll be doing
- Performing an end-to-end recruitment process, including clarification of needs together with the hiring manager, and in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners
- Screening of candidates and participation in interviews
- Delivering full life-cycle recruiting from initiating a hire to landing candidates in the onboarding stage
- Doing various tasks related to employees joining Carlsberg from abroad, e.g. support relevant internal stakeholders in coordinating the relocation process
- Further improving our approach and interaction with advertising channels and external recruitment assistance, such as headhunting and search
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has professional experience in the recruitment area, especially in an international setup, while conducting E2E recruitment processes for different locations
- Speaks fluent English
- Has a University degree in Human Resources Management or similar
- Is skilled in terms of personal relations, communication, and networking
- Possess an ability to ‘'listen to the business’' and convert this into actions
- Shows an innovative attitude and can introduce new ideas to improve existing processes
- Has an intercultural sensitivity
- Brings practical HR and business insight
- Is focused on implementing the best solutions and results
- Is open to participate in the occasional business trips to Copenhagen
