TRAVEL & EXPENSES INTERN, POZNAŃ

Role & team overview

As the Travel & Expenses Intern, you will be working with a great team of professionals and have an opportunity to get to know Travel & Expenses (T&E) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. 

In this role, you will be ensuring that our colleagues in 9 countries from Western Europe will have their Travel & P-card expenses professionally handled. You will also have the possibility of learning how to use modern, high-quality tools like Neo and CitiManager.

What you’ll be doing:

• processing claims in the Travel & Expense Management Tool
• posting and uploading documents in our systems
• responding to incoming communication from employees and local markets
• helping in the reconciliation of travel accounts, and credit balances
• assisting with admin tasks related to data maintenance

We are looking for colleagues who:

• Are communicative in English (both written and spoken)
• Have good organizational skills and accuracy
• Navigate easily in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Have a teamwork approach
• Quickly moves ideas to actions, completes plans and projects with quality and speed
• Preferably is available for at least 30 hrs per week
