“As a digital graduate, I have had the opportunity to explore different areas of IT, which has provided me with valuable insights and exposure to a wide range of stakeholders.

In my first rotation, I joined the PMO in Western Europe and took on the role as project manager for the trial conversion project within the S/4HANA programme. This role provided me with hands-on experience in a large-scale ERP transformation and further enhanced my project management skills. For my second rotation, I joined the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team in Cybersecurity, where I led the control uplift of our IT controls and helped transition to a new GRC tool. Later, I became part of the Responsible AI workstream, where I worked on screening AI applications for risks, created an AI inventory, and helped build AI literacy at Carlsberg.
