DIVERSITY IN OUR WORKFORCE IS A PREREQUISITE FOR HARVESTING DIVERSE EXPERIENCES AND PERSPECTIVES

We believe that getting the gender balance right will pave the way for more diverse representation. As a part of our Accelerate Sail ambitions and to hold ourselves accountable, we have set time-bound targets for the share of women in senior leadership roles. Our target is to reach a minimum of 40% of the underrepresented gender by 2030, which currently is women. We are working towards this by embedding equity and diversity across the entire talent journey, from attraction and recruitment, to development and retention.
