Meet our current Graduate and read more about the program

"Being an International Commercial Graduate at Carlsberg has been an experience defined by exposure, trust, and growth. You get to work with people from all over the world, dive into real business challenges, and see how ideas turn into tangible impact across different markets.

From the very beginning, you’re given real responsibility. The learning curve is steep, but that’s part of what makes the program so rewarding. One week you're exploring commercial opportunities in South Korea, and the next you’re aligning on a project with colleagues in Australia. The variety keeps things exciting and pushes you to learn fast.

What distinguishes the program is its strong sense of community. Graduates form a supportive network, collaborating closely through each rotation and challenge. Whether it’s onboarding week with beer tastings and horse-drawn carriage rides through Carlsberg City, or organizing dinners and mentoring sessions for the next batch of grads, the experience is as social as it is professional and the connections you build extend well beyond the workplace!

Finally, the work itself is meaningful. Graduates contribute to projects that shape markets, develop tools that are actively used by teams, and collaborate with leaders who value their insights. The environment is fast-paced, challenging, and consistently rewarding!"

Learn about the Graduate Programme

Head of Business Development, Carlsberg Export & License Philip Snedker and Commercial Graduate Ottilia Henningsson talk about the Graduate Programme.

“I think [Candidates] should look at a graduate programme as a unique opportunity to try different roles within the organisation. If you want to be in the beverage industry or if you want to work specifically for Carlsberg, the graduate programme is a good place to try different paths within organisation without necessarily deciding which specific role you want to be in."

– Philip Snedker,  Head of Business Development, CE&L
