What’s Carlsberg Group’s Central Office?
Central Office is our global headquarter that supports our global business with achieving strategic goals by providing the business with everything from financial support to commercial innovations.
We are a truly international and diverse office - many of us will either have a past or a future abroad in one of our local markets. Therefore, it is probably not surprising to learn that our company language is English. We moved into our brand-new beautiful office in March 2020 which by its open office space and sustainable architectural solutions reflect our identity as a company perfectly. The office is located in Copenhagen at the top of Valby “hill” where the history of Carlsberg started back in 1847.
What do we do at our Central Office?
At our Central Office you will find all our Group Functions which includes Commercial, Research, Finance, Tax, Treasury & Risk, Strategy, M&A, HR, Corporate Affairs, Legal and Real Estate. Although we have many different areas of expertise, we all have the same common goal - setting the Carlsberg Group up for success. We are ambitious and driven in our contribution to the business, but we always aim to balance this with having fun. Our people’s passion for our business and our products is reflected in our culture and ways of working together. We are always thirsty for more and we inspire each other to raise the bar. But when the work is done, we also appreciate a social environment with coffee chats or social Friday beers.
