Join our Finance Graduate Programme
Our graduate programme is anchored in Group Finance at Carlsberg’s global headquarters in Copenhagen. Across three exciting rotations over two years, you will explore the breadth of a truly international finance function. You will build hands-on expertise in the finance disciplines that shape Carlsberg’s performance. The first two rotations will immerse you in Group Finance, collaborating across regions and markets, before your final rotation takes you into a group-wide project or into one of our international markets.
Rotations will allow you to:
- Collaborate with colleagues across Carlsberg’s global subsidiaries, regions, and headquarter functions
- Build a truly international network of talented and ambitious peers
- Gain hands-on experience with accounting practices that ensure Carlsberg’s financials are ready for both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop deep expertise in the Group’s key financial systems, processes, and internal controls
- Take part in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports that shape Carlsberg’s performance story
- Work side by side with senior management — both in day-to-day collaboration and on high-impact finance projects
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and assignments that drive the development of Group Finance
- Support finance operations in one of our subsidiaries or in our Service Centre, making a real impact from day one
What we’re looking for with our future Finance Graduates
As a candidate in our programme, you stand out through your passion and your drive to achieve results.. You are a confident communicator with strong presentation skills, able to translate complex information into clear and accessible messages. Changing situations and requirements do not intimidate you - even when things get tough, you remain focused, positive, and proactive. You bring excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to your work, and you quickly adapt to new technologies and apply them effectively. Most importantly, you combine all of this with a strong “can-do” attitude and a collaborative mindset, always striving to succeed together with others.
To qualify for our graduate programme, you must:
- Hold a master's or relevant degree (or be graduating this coming Summer)
- Have professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Bring relevant work experience, including student jobs or internships
