2 Administrative Student Assistants - Business Administration & Event/Service Management
Carlsberg Group Finance is looking for two Administrative Student Assistants to support the Elevate Programme - a major ERP upgrade across Western Europe. This is a large, global programme with +200 stakeholders, offering a steep learning curve and broad exposure in a truly international environment.
What you’ll be doing
You will join the Elevate Central PMO team, working closely with programme leadership, stream leads, and key stakeholders across the organization. Both roles require structured working methods, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of service - but each position has a different area of focus.

Business Administration Student
(Focus: Finance, Procurement, PMO Operations, Resource Management)
As the Business Administration Student Assistant, you will support the PMO with administrative processes that keep the programme running smoothly. Your work will span finance coordination, documentation, resource administration, and internal communication.
Finance & Procurement Support
You will collaborate with the PMO and Finance to support procurement and spend tracking processes, including:

Helping with purchase order creation, vendor setup, and goods receipt tracking.

Supporting updates to the programme’s financial documentation and budget followup.up.

Assisting with procurement workflows for external consultancy resources.
PMO Operations, Programme Administration & Resource Management
You will help uphold programme governance, documentation standards, and resource coordination, including:

Maintaining and updating programme documentation such as the Elevate organogram and shared repositories.

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (access setup, onboarding pack upkeep, admin coordination).

Contributing to the monthly resource overview and helping align administrative workflows across streams.
Communication & Meeting Support
You will contribute to the PMO’s internal communication and meeting rhythms by:

Preparing materials for recurring governance sessions (agendas, slides, minutes).

Helping manage shared mailboxes and distribution lists.
-
Supporting communication flows and information gathering from stream leads.

Event & Service Management Student
(Focus: Office Operations, Events, Community Engagement, Onsite Support)
As the Event & Service Management Student Assistant, you will help create a welcoming, well‑run office environment and play a key role in shaping the Elevate team experience.
Office & Facilities Coordination
You will support the daily smooth running of the Elevate office space by:

Managing office supplies, merchandise, and general inventory.

Coordinating with Facilities and vendors to resolve minor issues and support workspace improvements.

Helping maintain office handbook and ensuring functional meeting rooms.
Event Planning & Community Engagement
You will assist in delivering internal programme events and engagement activities, including:

Monthly breakfasts, social events, and other recurring gatherings.

Seasonal or largescale events such as Summer, Christmas, or Kickoff gatherings.
Service, Hospitality & Onsite Support
You will support the Elevate office atmosphere and community by:

Providing hands-on help during events and daily onsite routines.

Supporting onboarding logistics and access card coordination for external consultants.

Maintaining internal cultural elements such as the Elevate picture wall.
What we’re looking for:
You are currently enrolled in higher education
Furthermore, we imagine that you possess the following characteristics:
- Have advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-starter who enjoys and can work independently with minimum supervision
- Confident and happy to take decisions and drive your own ideas with the full support of your manager
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and keep deadlines
- Structured working methods with an eye for details and focus on precision
- Sense of urgency - with a service-minded attitude
- Motivated by administrative/service tasks and take pride in creating structure and optimizing processes
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams and shows readiness to take on ad hoc tasks
- You are flexible, a natural problem-solver and can adjust to the situation and the requirements. All of this you combine with a team spirit and focus on succeeding together with others.

You can expect a maximum of 25 working hours per week with great flexibility, taking your studies and exams into consideration.
