  • Work hands-on in the laboratory while providing expert scientific input to project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support discovery projects with specialist insight.
  • Communicate results clearly and contribute to conceptualization and writing of scientific publications.

What we’re looking for

You are an accomplished scientist with a passion for hands-on laboratory work and a strong sense of ownership for your specialist area. With a combination of technical expertise and collaborative spirit, you thrive in an innovative and dynamic setting.

  • PhD in physiology, pharmacology, nutritional sciences, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 3–6 years of relevant postdoctoral or industry research experience.
  • Strong practical experience with bioassays relevant to gut and metabolic health.
  • Experience in working with natural products, plant extracts, fermented matrices, or chemically complex samples.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the specialist area.
  • Strong motivation to work hands-on in the laboratory while also providing scientific guidance to project colleagues.

Nice to have:

  • Proven track record of scientific communication, including publications.
  • Motivation to contribute ideas for method innovation and optimization.
