Business Process Manager
This is a highly visible strategic role to drive and guide best practices, business requirements, and co-develop process solutions with various SME to deliver continuous improvement in finance operations. In this position, you would be responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing the finance process across the Group.
What you’ll be doing
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Owning and governing the designated area of E2E finance Process
- Acting as subject matter expert on finance process, including but not limited to R2R, S2P, M2C, M2I and MDM
- Developing and optimizing the E2E Process globally and being the ambassador to deploy to regions and markets
- Defining and managing business requirements related to processes, contributing to finance and cross-functional projects, e.g. ERP roll-out
- Documenting, developing and improving process flow documentation
- Identifying and implementing automation opportunities, including RPA, GenAI and other finance digital tools
- Ensuring processes adhere to internal controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements (both Global and local)
- Being a strong partnership with IT, Supply Chain, Procurement and other business teams to ensure E2E process solution across functions
- Developing and monitoring KPIs for the finance process
- Conducting regular process audits to ensure adherence to defined standards
What we’re looking for
Professional background and qualifications should cover:
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement or optimization projects with established methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen, etc)
- Direct process-level operational experience is beneficial
- Skilled in self-motivation and project management
- Knowledge of business processes and key ERP/reporting tools (SAP, D365, Hyperion)
- Six-Sigma Green-Belt or above
- Data Analytics and Visualization (PowerBI, Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau)
- Solid experience in ERP systems and finance automation tools (RPA)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across different cultures and business functions
