Seize the opportunity to help transform the digital landscape at Carlsberg Group. As the Business Analyst in the Digital Growth & Execution team, you will help us drive impactful innovation on how Carlsberg sells and engage with our B2B customers, ensuring scalability and harmonization of our customer-facing digital solutions.

 

In this role, you will be collaborating closely with product managers, local markets, Carlsberg IIT teams, and external partners. If you’re interested in enabling digital connectivity and commercial execution across markets to create great customer experiences, this role is for you.  

 

What you’ll be doing

Your main tasks will be analyzing business processes and data to identify opportunities to streamline and to improve the impact of our commercial technologies. This could be through process standardization, framing of new customer-facing features, testing different innovative solutions, etc.


Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Investigate and analyse data from ERP (SAP), eCommerce platforms (Salesforce), and CRM systems (Salesforce & SAP CRM) to uncover operational insights and customer behaviour trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Providing input to local commercial and group digital excellence teams on eCommerce performance and opportunities to improve on execution.
  • Working closely with product management teams to scope, implement and evaluate impact of features, from a customer behavior, business value and process/implementation point of view.
  • Working with tech, commercial teams, and local markets to map and harmonize business logic, processes and data where needed.
  • Evaluate how new customer experiences impact underlying business processes, and support product owners by translating these into technical and data requirements.

 

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a business analyst who thrives on uncovering insights from data, excels in structuring and visualizing information, and possesses a keen commercial acumen coupled with a solid technical foundation. You should be:

 

  • 1+ year of experience working with SAP and backend systems, with a strong ability to extract and analyze data to drive insights.
  • Analytical and curious about uncovering insights from data, working across eCommerce and enterprise solutions.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they are supported by underlying systems.
  • Structured, good at mapping and visualizing data and processes.
  • Technically savvy with a solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and how platforms like SAP, eCommerce, and CRM systems integrate and operate together.
  • Good at communication and establishing relationships with people.
  • Bringing a proven track record and at least a few years of relevant experience.
