Executive Assistant to Executive Vice President

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President of Central & Eastern Europe and India Region (CEEI). This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of strategic initiatives across diverse markets, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our regional growth.

 

What you’ll be doing

As Executive Assistant to our EVP CEEI, you will play a key role in enabling the effectiveness of the leadership team. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings across time zones, and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting organizing regional leadership events and supporting internal communications.


Specifically, your key responsibilities are:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the EVP CEEI, including calendar management, email coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of presentations.
  • Planning and coordinating CEEI leadership team meetings, regional townhalls, and online conferences.
  • Acting as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Supporting the CEEI regional team with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Organizing and maintaining confidential files and records.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of regional events and initiatives.
  • Supporting expense reporting 
  • Championing internal engagement activities and helping make CEEI region a great place to work.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Suitable educational background, e.g. bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or similar
  • Several years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar in international environments/companies
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and responsibly manage tasks to complete work in a challenging international and multicultural environment
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Initiative attitude with the ability to work both independently and as a trusted member of a team 
  • Ethical, credible way to work with high integrity
  • Willingness to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Professional, positive and inclusive mindset with spirit of collaboration
  • Full professional proficiency in verbal and written English (additional language skills are an asset)
  • Proficient digital skills and interest in staying on top of IT changes in the company
