FP&A Analyst – Carlsberg Export & License

Carlsberg Export & License (CE&L) manages Carlsberg’s international brands in markets where we do not operate our own business. Our goal is to increase growth and market share for brands such as Carlsberg, Tuborg, 1664 Blanc, and Somersby.

We are now looking for a curious and motivated finance professional with advanced analytical skills and business acumen to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be part of a diverse team of finance professionals responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis and reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Your work will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the financial success of Carlsberg Export & License.

Specifically, your key responsibilities are:

• Playing a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and closing processes
• Participating in preparing management reports for local leadership
• Supporting cost analysis and decision-making for CE&L
• Reviewing and analysing performance vs. budget, latest estimates, and previous year results
• Preparing ad hoc financial reports
• Enhancing existing reports and developing new analytical tools

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in financial controlling, with a solid understanding of financial processes and data analysis
• University degree in Finance or a related field
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Office 365)
• Skilled in analytical techniques and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• A solution-oriented problem-solver who takes ideas from concept to execution with speed and quality
• A team player who collaborates effectively and seeks solutions that benefit the company, colleagues, and themselves
