Finance Business Partner, Carlsberg Export & License, Copenhagen

Carlsberg Export & License (CE&L) manages Carlsberg’s international brands in markets where we do not operate our own business. Our goal is to increase growth and market share for brands such as Carlsberg, Tuborg, 1664 Blanc, and Somersby.

We are now looking for a curious and motivated finance professional with advanced analytical skills and business acumen to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

Joining us, you will be part of a diverse team of finance professionals responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis and reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Your work will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the financial success of Carlsberg Export & License.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Participate in financial planning, controlling, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for CE&L business units

• Act as a finance business partner to our other support functions like customer service and marketing.

• Analyze performance data and recommend actions to improve results
• Coordinate input from business units and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance across financial operations and reporting
• Collaborate with central functions and shared service centers to align financial processes

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in controlling, consulting, or accounting in an international, multicultural environment
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to take ownership and implement improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, process-oriented, and adaptable with high work capacity and low stress tolerance
• Fluency in English
