Global Director - Portfolio for Growth
The Director of Portfolio for Growth will manage strategic initiatives to shape and optimize the company’s growth portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities across categories, managing demand space platforms, and delivering actionable insights through market sizing and competitive landscape analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with advanced analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and category dynamics.
This is your unique chance to collaborate and grow within an engaging team while becoming a recognized leader in shaping portfolio strategies for the total beverage industry. In a truly global set-up, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the marketing transformation journey. We expect 15-25 travel days per year in the future, depending on the business cycle and following key project developments.
What you’ll be doing
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Portfolio Strategy Development: Facilitate the development and execution of portfolio strategies aligned with growth priorities, working cross-functionally with marketing, innovation, and commercial teams
- Market Development & Competitive Intelligence: Manage the forecasting of market sizing, category trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and investment planning
- Demand Space & Moment Platforms: Manage demand space frameworks and moment platform projects to uncover new growth territories and consumer occasions
- Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and resource allocation across the portfolio
- Insight Generation & Storytelling: Translate complex data into compelling narratives that facilitate strategic action and stakeholder alignment

The required personal qualifications are:
- Education & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, insights, or growth-related roles
- Prior experience in highly regarded management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or boutique strategy firms, with exposure to portfolio strategy, growth planning, or consumer-centric transformation
- Accomplished in guiding cross-functional strategic projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Strategic & Analytical Skills
- Deep expertise in portfolio strategy, market sizing, and competitive analysis
- Proficient in demand space frameworks, consumer segmentation, and occasion-based marketing
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic narratives
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and clarifying details in environments subject to frequent adjustments
- Tools & Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Global data, Macro data sources) and forecasting methodologies
