Carlsberg is looking for a Global Executive Recruitment Partner to strengthen how we identify, attract, and engage senior leadership talent across Asia and beyond. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and People & Culture partners to lead high-impact searches and bring market intelligence into leadership hiring.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of the Group People & Culture team, reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition function, and contribute to strengthening our leadership hiring capabilities by:

Leading and delivering complex leadership searches across Carlsberg’s global organization, with focus on Asia
Proactively identifying and engaging senior leadership talent through direct search, market mapping, and talent intelligence
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on executive recruitment strategies and selection decisions
Bringing deep market insight to inform leadership hiring and succession planning across dynamic Asian markets
Ensuring exceptional candidate experience, including management of confidential and sensitive executive searches
Supporting strategic leadership pipeline initiatives and contributing to Carlsberg’s DE&I commitments

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, we imagine that you possess:

Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory, with additional Asian languages seen as an advantage
Proven experience in executive search or senior leadership hiring, ideally in multinational or matrix organizations
Significant experience advising and partnering with senior stakeholders in complex hiring decisions
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, leadership assessment, and selection methodologies
Deep cultural agility and ability to navigate diverse markets across Asia
High-level influencing skills and credibility to engage with C-suite stakeholders
Business acumen combined with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality in leadership searches
