Global Marketing Manager, Incubation Brands (6-months contract)
The Incubation Brand team at Carlsberg Group is the "growth engine" for our most promising world beers. We are looking for a visionary Global Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development of Grimbergen, Poretti, and Mythos. These aren't just beers; they are brands with deep heritage and unique provenance stories that need to be told consistently across the globe.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will be the guardian of the brands’ DNA while driving their commercial scale. Your focus will be:
- Brand Identity & World Building: Elevating the visual identity, from packaging design to defining the "Brand World".
- Strategic Toolkit Development: Creating the global "Mental & Physical Availability" toolkits that empower local markets to win at the point of purchase.
- Innovation Pipeline: Leading the 12–24-month innovation roadmap to ensure our brands stay relevant and deliver incremental value.
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as the bridge between the Grimbergen Abbey (Brand Home), central cross-functional teams, and local markets.
- Budget Ownership: Full accountability for the A&P budget across all 3 brands.
What are we looking for
We are looking for a marketer who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
We expect that you possess:
- Experience: Solid marketing experience, ideally from FMCG or luxury goods.
- Global Mindset: You understand how to scale brands across diverse cultures and market maturity levels.
- Project Leadership: You are an excellent project manager who can orchestrate complex launches with many stakeholders.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a matrix organization and know how to influence teams you don't manage directly.
