Group Strategy Manager/Senior Manager

We are looking for a new Group Strategy Manager / Senior Manager – a true team player who will help lead and support high-impact cross-functional projects. What you’ll be doing

Group Strategy is responsible for Carlsberg’s global strategy and the executive office. Together we lead business-critical projects, unlock future growth, solve real-time business issues, provide insight and guidance to the business, and together with the leadership team - ExCom - we define Carlsberg’s path forward, ensuring clear ambitions and strategic choices.

Our key responsibilities:

Ensure that Carlsberg delivers on our current strategy Accelerate SAIL
Lead high-impact strategic projects
Support our M&A team with the inorganic growth agenda
Define our next corporate strategy
Support the Group CEO and Executive Committee

What we’re looking for

As a person, you are ambitious and a team player with a strong track record in delivering results. You have natural drive and strive for excellence in everything you do, with the bandwidth to take on several complex problems in parallel. Superb stakeholder management skills are critical, as they involve being able to lead and communicate across all layers of the organisation.

Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate who:

Has 2-4 years of strategy consulting background and ideally combined with FMCG experience
Has worked with Corporate Strategy, PMO, Go to Market Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, M&A, Integration, etc.
Has superior problem-solving skills
Understands the full value chain, key commercial metrics, and has solid financial acumen.
Comfortably collaborates and communicates at all levels and thrives operating cross-functionally and managing a complex matrix of stakeholders.
Communicates clearly, drives things forward with a passion and positive energy, and understands when there is a need to be pragmatic to push ahead.
Graduated from a leading university or has an MBA from a top-tier business school.
The position reports to our VP Group Strategy.
