At Carlsberg Group, we believe that great people make great beer and even greater contributions. We’re looking for an experienced, people-driven Workplace Wellbeing & Safety Partner to help shape a culture where everyone can thrive — physically, mentally, and socially.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Central Office in Copenhagen, ensuring our workplace is not only safe and compliant but also inspiring, inclusive, and motivating. You’ll promote mental health and wellbeing, bring our sustainability vision Together Towards ZERO to life, and empower our teams to perform at their best.

- Inspiring leaders and employees by linking wellbeing, engagement, and performance clearly and compellingly.
- Developing and executing a local Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy aligned with Carlsberg’s global sustainability vision.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and internal H&S policies - acting as the go-to expert on-site.
- Leading the local survey process from analysis to communication and implement measurable improvements.
- Creating and delivering engaging content, workshops, and training on safety, mental health, stress management, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership.
- Co-leading the local Health & Safety Committee, ensuring effective collaboration and shared accountability.
- Investigating and reporting workplace incidents, ensuring learnings are embedded and improvements are made.
- Implementing innovative initiatives - from wellbeing campaigns to safety walks - that make health & safety visible, relevant, and part of our everyday culture.
- Collaborate effectively within Carlsberg’s global H&S network, sharing insights and adopting best practices.
What we’re looking for
You're a motivated, open-minded professional who thrives on creating workplaces where people are safe, supported, and inspired. You're a skilled communicator who can connect with everyone — from leadership teams to new joiners — and motivate action through inspiration and storytelling.
Whether your experience comes from HR, Health & Safety, or Communications, what truly defines you is your motivation, empathy, and drive to improve workplace conditions.
We imagine that a suitable candidate possesses:
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health, safety, and psychosocial wellbeing.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience creating and delivering impactful wellbeing or safety initiatives.
- Effective skills in stakeholder interaction and teamwork.
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus).
