IT Contract & Relations Manager
Do you have in-depth commercial and contractual knowledge of IT agreements? Do you have experience in driving and managing relationships, contracts, governance, and negotiations with external IT Vendors? Does it motivate you to get the best out of agreements and relationships with IT Vendors?

What You’ll Be Doing
The role involves a focus on commercial and contractual considerations as well as legal, technical, and business challenges.
It is also expected that the role will provide sourcing activities and renegotiations of agreements, as well as influence and improve the strategy regarding vendors.
The responsibility includes managing strategic vendors and contracts to ensure delivery on time and within the agreed cost.
Further responsibilities:
- Management of Carlsberg’s global IT agreements, including setting up and running governance activities
- Do negotiations and renegotiations
- Run sourcing activities, including RFx processes
- Cost control and cost management
- Dispute handling and resolutions
- Life cycle management of contracts, incl. extensions, renegotiations, handling change requests, and keeping agreements current with market conditions
What we’re looking for
The role requires you to have an in-depth understanding of technical, functional, and commercial aspects of IT contracts. It is expected that you have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience from a similar role, either with a large enterprise or as an advisor.
Other desirable qualifications include:
- Experience in driving complex contracts and contract negotiations, and resolve any impediments with external IT global vendors
- Experience with SAP-related service and/or license contracts
- Ability to engage with stakeholders as well as vendors in a collaborative manner – but still able to take and lead the tough conversations/disputes
- Flexible attitude, proactive mindset
- High natural drive, commitment, and personal ownership
- Ability to focus on both details and the big picture
- Results orientation and commitment to quality
- Ability to organise and prioritise between multiple tasks
- Embracing and driving change
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with your individual responsibilities
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
