Then you could be the person we’re looking for to coordinate Carlsberg Group’s Marketing Academy.

This is where the Marketing Academy will play an important & central role.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager for Marketing Learning and Development, you will support the smooth running and continued development of the Marketing Academy. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to act as a key point of connection between the Marketing Learning and Development team, wider Group Marketing, and marketers across our local markets. You will help ensure that learning initiatives are delivered effectively, and the Academy continues to support our ambition of building marketing excellence across the organization.


Your primary tasks and responsibility include:

 

Marketing Academy Coordination

  • Coordinate and administer learning programs within the Marketing Academy.
  • Manage participant sign-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process for delegates.
  • Onboard delegates to external learning platforms and provide relevant guidance.
  • Track participant progress and follow up where needed.
  • Organize participation data for reporting and record keeping.
  • Act as the main point of contact for delegates participating in training courses.
  • Coordinate with external learning partners to support the smooth delivery of learning programs.

 

Budget Management

  • Own and manage the Marketing Learning & Development budget.
  • Create purchase orders for the team in SAP.
  • Track spending to ensure alignment with the planned budget.
  • Liaise with the Finance Controller and wider team on annual budgeting and quarterly reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain budget overviews, ensuring costs are accurately recorded and followed up on.
  • Lead monthly budget meetings and provide updates on spending, commitments, and budget status.

 

Ad Hoc Support and Projects

  • Update and maintain relevant SharePoint sites.
  • Support internal communication and preparation of materials when needed.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects delegated by the Marketing Manager or the wider Learning & Development team.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders across functions and markets.
  • And finally, someone who loves having fun and wants to take part in our social culture.
