Are you service-minded with attention to detail? Do you have experience in offering professional PA support?
Join us as our new PA supporting the VP Group Legal, VP Group Internal Audit, and VP Corporate Affairs. This is an ideal role for someone who has a passion for structure and organising busy calendars, has strong administrative skills, and enjoys managing multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping a clear overview.
What you will be doing
In the role, you will provide support to the VP Group Legal, VP Group Internal Audit, and VP Corporate Affairs. The primary focus of the role is to ensure administrative support.
Specifically, your key responsibilities are:
· Manage and maintain VPs schedules and appointments
· Arrange and coordinate meetings and events including catering
· Travel booking and expense reporting
· Handling of invoices using Ariba Buying, SAP, and CORA including PO creation and ad-hoc payments
· Onboarding of new suppliers
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
· Ad-hoc tasks and everyday support
You will report to the Executive Assistant to the CFO.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a colleague who has a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience working in an international organisation. You recognize what constitutes quality PA support and bring the competencies to assist your stakeholders effectively. While proficient use of Microsoft Outlook is important, this role could be your chance to fully master the craft of calendar management.

· Exhibit effective organisational, administrative, and communication abilities
· Are a team player, while able to work independently and take initiative
· Can work with tight deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail
· Can keep a clear overview and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize when necessary
· Have solid IT capabilities including all Microsoft Office tools and SAP
