We are on an exciting journey in Carlsberg to transform our Supply Chain Planning capabilities and technology landscape, and we want you to be part of it. You will be part of our Business Foundation team in Carlsberg Integrated IT where we are responsible for our large digital transformation programmes and products.
You will be playing a central role in our global OnePlan programme which covers the ongoing development and implementation of Kinaxis Maestro across Carlsberg Group globally.
What you will be doing
As the Planning Technology Architect/Expert, you will be managing the Supply Chain Planning solution capability design and development. You are to ensure the evolvement and sustainability of our global template solution, powered by Kinaxis Maestro.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with global and regional Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business drivers, processes and capabilities and propose corresponding solution design and functionality
- Design technical configuration of the Maestro solution with a holistic view of integration with other systems in the landscape
- Collaborate with Solution and Integration teams for aspects related to integration with other systems or functions such as ERPs or Data and Analytics platforms
- Coordinate the development of the new functionalities in Maestro by internal or external solution consultants
- Identify and assess opportunities in Maestro software upgrades from Kinaxis
- Influence the Maestro product development roadmap in Kinaxis to cater for Carlsberg and in general brewing industry requirements
- Advise and coach Market Implementation and Application Maintenance Services teams to ensure best practices and global standards are adhered to.
What are we looking for
- You have knowledge of end-to end Supply Chain Planning processes; such as Demand Planning, Master Production Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Materials Planning, S&OP, Detailed Production Scheduling.
- You have proven experience in supply chain planning software such as Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, or Blue Yonder.
- You protect the solution template but show compassion in your collaboration with others, whether it’s the team, stakeholders across business and IT functions, or external partners
- You communicate clearly and are able to influence others at all levels of the organization
- You are self-organizing and work independently in a highly dynamic environment
- You are hands-on, solutions-oriented, and ready to take ownership when needed
