Are you looking for a Public Affairs role that lets you work across multiple markets and the EU, executing advocacy and stakeholder engagements? Then Carlsberg has the right challenge for you.

We are extending our Public Affairs Team and looking for a new experienced team member who will help us drive public affairs campaigns alongside and together with our trade associations.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • You will work in an international role in charge of executing public affairs campaigns towards issues at both the market and EU level
  • Working closely with trade associations across markets, the EU and international level  
  • Covering various regulations such as alcohol, ESG and competitiveness
  • Maintaining and building new relationships with stakeholders supporting our executive team
  • Representing Carlsberg in trade associations and towards external stakeholders
  • Preparing our executive leadership for external stakeholder meetings
  • Joining our project team to prepare for participation at the World Economic Forum

 

What we’re looking for

To succeed in the role, you will bring:

  • Broad public affairs skillset, having worked in the area in an international business or business organization (at least 5 years)
  • Familiarity with working with political stakeholders and trade associations at different levels
  • Ability to produce concise briefings via Word or PowerPoint
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analysis political developments and tailor public affairs campaigns
  • Demonstrated record of running public affairs campaigns across multiple markets and in collaboration with local colleagues and trade associations
  • Strong internal and external network builder, engaging effectively with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, trade associations, political stakeholders, and government officials, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, can-do approach with ability to prioritize effectively in a rapid-paced environment
