Carlsberg is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Executive Hiring, to strengthen how we identify, attract, and engage senior leadership talent across the organisation. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to lead high-impact leadership searches and bring external market insight into our leadership hiring decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be part of the Group People & Culture team, reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition function, and contribute to strengthening our leadership hiring capabilities by:
- Leading and delivering complex leadership searches across Carlsberg’s global organisation
- Proactively identifying and engaging senior leadership talent through direct search, market mapping, and talent intelligence
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on leadership hiring strategies and candidate selection
- Partnering closely with executive leaders and People & Culture teams to shape search strategies and define leadership profiles
- Bringing external market insight and talent intelligence into leadership hiring decisions
- Managing professional and high-quality engagement with senior candidates throughout the search and selection process, including confidential searches where required
- Supporting strategic leadership talent initiatives, including leadership pipeline development and succession-related hiring activities
- Supporting Carlsberg’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by ensuring diverse leadership talent pipelines and balanced candidate slates in leadership searches
- Partnering with People & Culture stakeholders to support broader talent strategy priorities and future leadership capability needs.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you possess:
- Significant experience in executive search or senior leadership hiring, either in-house or within a leading executive search firm
- Proven experience managing complex leadership searches in international and matrix organisations
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and navigating executive-level hiring processes
- Deep understanding of executive sourcing strategies, leadership assessment approaches, and selection methodologies
- Experience working with external executive search firms and managing executive search engagements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive leadership hiring matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of succession planning and talent acquisition synergies.
- Strategic-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic global organisation.
