Lead OT Security Engineer

Cybersecurity is a strategic priority for us at Carlsberg. We are accelerating our OT Security strategy and are looking for a Senior Manager who will lead the expansion of our OT security capabilities within our new Global Cyber Defence Centre (CDC).

What you will be doing

• Implement and operate OT security solutions in line with strategic targets across our sites globally.
• Work closely with Carlsberg Cyber Threat Intelligence function and provide security guidance to production sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to safeguard critical OT assets.
• Work closely with Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and regional security managers to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and security standards through technical execution.
• Responsibility for technical documentation, including design documents, rollout plans and test plans.
• Provide OT security guidance to incident response process.
• Support design and execution of realistic cyber exercises for our regions and markets.

What are we looking for

We are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT (Operational Technology) Security
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing OT security controls and architectures
• Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive security initiatives forward
• Experience working in environments with a high dependency on stable, secure production systems
• Ability to balance security requirements with operational continuity, particularly in industrial or manufacturing settings
• Comfort in operating in an international, globally distributed environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
