What you’ll be doing
Some of your key tasks will be:
- Providing a welcoming and professional front-office experience by ensuring smooth interactions with employees and visitors.
- Managing access control efficiently to guarantee secure entry for authorized personnel while assisting with access card administration.
- Coordinating employee amenities and services such as beverage samples, dry cleaning, and company bikes to enhance workplace convenience.
- Supporting corporate events and office culture initiatives by assisting in organizing logistics and maintaining an engaging environment.
- Handling essential administrative tasks including managing company credit cards, personal lockers, and office supplies procurement.
- Ensuring seamless reception operations by working in scheduled shifts, collaborating closely with onsite security, and facilitating meeting room bookings.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced and highly service-minded Receptionist to be part of the reception team which is welcoming employees as well as visitors in a professional and concierge-like, positive, self-starting and can-do manner at our Central Office in the Carlsberg City District, Copenhagen. The vacant (full time) position is part of a small team of 3 persons, reporting to the Workplace Manager.
We expect that you have the following competencies and experience:
- Comprehensive service delivery skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience from large, international organizations and maybe in addition to this the hospitality industry
- Good communication skills and experience in working with people from a variety of different cultures and across organizations at all levels
- Ability to plan ahead and handle critical situations
- Proficiency in English and Danish – in writing as well as orally
- Ability to stay level headed in busy situations
- Comprehensive experience working with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
