In Group Legal & Compliance we are offering a position as Legal Student Assistant with exciting challenges, but also great flexibility in regard of studies and exams. Group Legal & Compliance is part of Carlsberg Breweries A/S, which is an international company with highly qualified and specialized professionals. Together with our four other Student Assistants, you will be part of an ambitious and dynamic international department with people from many different countries and cultures

The student team works closely together, and frequently meet to socialize, discuss workload and other relevant matters. In addition, Carlsberg Head Office has a network of 50-60 student assistants with a broad variety of backgrounds, personally and professionally.

 

 

What you'll be doing

 

As our new Legal Student Assistant, you will be a part of an international environment that is both professional and fast-paced. Working on legal, corporate and compliance matters, you will assist and provide legal input and administrative support to our in-house lawyers and other colleagues worldwide. The expected workload is 15-20 hours work per week, typically 3 days (with high flexibility in terms of exams and holidays). You will be handling matters such as: 

  • Drafting and administrating Non-Disclosure Agreements 
  • Assisting with trade sanction screening 
  • Notarizations, legalizations, and visa applications
  • Various ad hoc cross-functional and market support within Legal & Compliance 

 

What we're looking for 

 

  • University/CBS student, preferably HA(jur.), BA.jur. or similar
  • A structured and agile mindset, with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
  • You are comfortable in a high-paced environment
  • A great colleague with a good sense of humour
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (English is our company language)
