We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Assistant to join the P&C Business Partnering team in Carlsberg Group, where we work with a wide range of core people processes and projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary tasks and responsibility will include:

  • Assisting the Sr. Talent and P&C Business Partner with various ad hoc tasks and ongoing projects, including managing internal communications for P&C
  • Providing support on trainings and workshops conducted both online and on-site.
  • Managing the recruitment process for all Student Assistants within Carlsberg Group.
  • Planning and executing the onboarding program for new employees.
  • Maintaining and developing our SharePoint pages.

 

What We’re Looking For 

As a person one of your most remarkable characteristics is your continuous strive for results and your passion. You are a fast learner and ask the right questions to get the task done right and in accordance with the deadline. You are flexible, service minded and can adjust to the situation and the requirements. All of this you combine with a team spirit and focus on succeeding together with others.

Furthermore, we imagine that you are:

  • outgoing, positive, and have a “can-do” attitude
  • currently pursuing a higher education within psychology, HR, Strategy, Communication or similar
  • able to focus and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  • able to work well in a team, but can take responsibility for your own tasks
  • are not afraid to ask questions and challenge status quo
  • fluent in English both the spoken and in writing. 

 

What You Can Expect 

As a Student Assistant you will:

  • learn multiple organization and administrative skills
  • be exposed to different functions and different P&C teams in the markets and regions in Carlsberg Group and will develop excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • learn how a global organization works 
  • get a challenging student role in an international setting with great opportunity to grow your skills
  • Approximately 20 working hours per week.
