Student Assistant for Carlsberg IIT WE PMO
Carlsberg IIT WE PMO is looking for a Student Assistant to support the Elevate Program - a major ERP upgrade across Western Europe. This is a large, global program with +200 stakeholders, offering a steep learning curve and broad exposure in a truly international environment.
What you’ll be doing
You will be working closely with the IIT Program Manager, the Central PMO team, stream leads and key stakeholders across the organization. The role requires a very structured work approach, a proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Your areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Creation of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and tracking of Goods Receipt
- Assisting with vendor set-up in SAP
- Jira and Confluence support
- Support with event planning
- Support with onboarding and offboarding of externals
What we’re looking for
- You are currently enrolled in higher education studies at a university in Denmark.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to navigate and perform effectively in situations with limited clarity
- Clear communication and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Works in a structured manner with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency combined with a service-oriented mindset
- Motivated by administrative and service-related tasks, with a focus on creating structures and improving processes
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks
- Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) is a plus, but not a requirement
- Brings a strong team spirit and focuses on achieving results together with others
- You have one year or more left of your study program
- Ability to start in the role as soon as possible is a must
