What you’ll be doing
Do you feel at home doing administrative and practical tasks? The Research Operations Department is responsible for driving the administrative processes and is looking for an energetic, structured, and dedicated student assistant to help us.
You will become an integrated part of the Team and gain insights in many aspects of our work. Your main area of responsibility is to support the process between our scientists and suppliers in terms of purchasing laboratory materials, handle invoice management in SAP and have the contact to the suppliers. In addition, you will work with SharePoint and support the Research Laboratory with other ad hoc tasks, such as filling coffee machines and fridges, emptying dishwashers, preparing for social events etc.
What we’re looking for
- Practical approach and willingness to solve different tasks
- Outgoing with a positive and service-minded attitude
- You like administrative tasks and can work independently
- Good communication skills in both Danish and English
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and preferably SharePoint
- You have started your bachelor and can work 15-20 hours per week
