What you’ll be doing


Specifically, your key responsibilities are:

  • Building a strategic approach to engagement, extracting learnings and insights that drive dialogue and inform action planning.
  • Leading the global Employee Listening community in the execution of different programs, and in using data and insights to drive local action planning.
  • Leading the development and execution of global cultural initiatives that align with our company values and strategy.
  • Partnering with colleagues across functions, regions and other People & Culture COE’s to ensure that cultural priorities are globally relevant and consistently embedded.
  • Creating compelling, insight-driven presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. 

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a strategic and analytical HR professional with a passion for employee engagement and culture development. A collaborative mindset, comprehensive communication skills, and the ability to navigate complexity are key to succeeding in this role.

We imagine that you hold some or more of the following qualifications:

 

  • University degree in Psychology/HR Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
  • Experience in leading and facilitating Employee Listening strategies
  • Experience driving culture interventions
  • Experience in developing and delivering presentations to executive level
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and create solutions
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, moving forward while navigating the grey
  • Natural skill to drive action while engaging people
  • Ability to use Glint platform is valued
