Lead the future of Commercial Technology at Carlsberg.

We’re seeking a visionary VP Growth Products to shape and deliver our global Commercial Tech ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Data and AI. In this highimpact role, you will drive the shift from fragmented, marketled solutions to a modern, productled, datadriven platform that unlocks scalable growth across all regions.

 

What you’ll be doing

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Setting and leading the global Commercial Tech strategy across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth, eCommerce, and Consumer Experience.
  • Ownining and governing the global product & platform portfolio spanning Sales Tech, MarTech, Digital Commerce, and Analytics/AI
  • Driving a unified, modern Commercial Tech architecture, ensuring platform consolidation, standardization, and reduced fragmentation across markets
  • Building strong commercial data foundations (MDM, marketing taxonomy, product/channel data) and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. Accelerating AI adoption by embedding datadriven and AIenabled use cases into everyday commercial decisionmaking.
  • Leading global delivery and market rollouts of key Commercial Tech programs, ensuring adoption, capability uplift, and consistent execution.
  • Ensuring secure, scalable, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud standards, and privacy/cybersecurity requirements (e.g., NIS2
  • Managing strategic vendor and partner ecosystems, driving value, alignment with global standards, and performance.
  • Partnering closely with Group Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, and regional leaders to ensure technology enables measurable business outcomes
  • Building and leading a highperforming global Commercial Tech organization, developing talent and embedding Carlsbergs Growth Culture.

What we’re looking for

 

  • 15+ years of senior Commercial Technology leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer products.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Tech, MarTech, eCommerce, data & analytics, and scaling digital products globally.
  • Experience with global platform architectures (Salesforce, SAP/D365, MarTech stacks, data platforms).
  • Deep understanding of route-to-market, revenue management, trade promotion, brand activation, consumer journeys, and retail execution.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformation and adoption across multiple markets.
  • Strong ability to manage complex vendor ecosystems and multi-market delivery.
  • Experience with data-driven and AI-enabled decision making.
  • Strategic, outcome-driven leader with strong communication, change leadership, and enterprise-wide mindset.
  • Influential communicator, credible with senior stakeholders and ExCom-level audiences.
  • Change-oriented leader who drives adoption, not just deployment, and rolemodels a growth mindset.
